Civitavecchia is the main seaport serving Rome and the starting point for your cruise. It connects travelers to the Tyrrhenian Sea and many Mediterranean destinations. The city is located 70 km from Rome and 62 km from Fiumicino airport, making it an easy and convenient place to begin your journey.

Bastia is the most important town in northern Corsica. It has narrow streets, brightly colored buildings, and a lively Mediterranean atmosphere. The town offers a great combination of traditional charm and modern city life. Its harbor is the historic center of the city, where traditional fishing boats line the water just steps away from local restaurants and cafés.

Napoleon once said he could recognize his home island with his eyes closed because of the sweet smell of local plants. When you arrive in Corsica by sea, this is the first thing you notice. Next comes the wild, mountainous landscape. Finally, when you see a large medieval stone fortress standing high above the boats, you will know you have arrived in Calvi.

Lerici is a beautiful Italian coastal town with a rich literary history. Famous writers like Percy Bysshe Shelley and Lord Byron spent time here, and Byron famously swam across what is now called the Gulf of Poets. The area is surrounded by small, traditional fishing villages like San Terenzo and Tellaro, offering a quiet and beautiful alternative to the more famous Cinque Terre.

Portoferraio is the main town on the island of Elba, famous as the place where Napoleon lived in exile. From his historic villa, you can look out over the harbor just as he once did. You can also take an optional tour to a local vineyard or see the ancient ruins of the Etruscan civilization nearby. The island is rich in history and beautiful landscapes.

Return to Civitavecchia to conclude your cruise. From here, you can easily continue your travels to Rome or head to the airport. It is a smooth and relaxing end to your sailing adventure along the Italian coast.
